All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is reflected in our bank account. You will receive an email notification of your order status and another notification when your order has shipped.
There may be potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems outside our control.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated based on price and displayed at checkout.
We do not charge a flat rate for shipping.
We offer free shipping for orders of R1000 or more.

National delivery
We deliver all over South Africa only.
We deliver to your door. Deliveries are made from 8 am – 5 pm on Monday – Friday. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@kdressimpress.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
We DON’T deliver to P.O. Box address. We deliver to physical addresses only.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We do not accept returns, refunds and exchanges!

We only accept returns and refunds if the item has a defect due to our production side, or the item you received is the wrong item, or the item was lost in transit. It is your responsibility to adhere to the size chart measurements prior to placing orders.
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order does not arrive after the delivery date has passed or damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@kdressimpress.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
